ImageCut 2 pieces of fabric the size of your desired Snuggle plus 2".

Place your quilt batt or flannel, toweling, or whatever you're using for the filler on the table and put ONE piece of the Snuggle right side up on top of the filler.  Filler should be at least 2" wider and longer than Snuggle fabric.

Mark the center so you can see it, both up and down.  Start sewing in the MIDDLE of the Snuggle towards one side.  Go back to the middle and start sewing towards the opposite side.  Do this until you've got a cross in the center.  Then go back to the middle again and sew towards the point of one corner.  Repeat this step until you've made an "X".  This completely secures the "filler" so it won't wad up when washed.

ImageNow take the other piece of the Snuggle you cut and place it right sides together with the one you've already quilted.  Sew all around the edges with a 1/2" seam, BUT leave about a 4" opening on one side.  Trim the seams and corners and turn right side out.  Fold the unsewn edges to match the seam line and iron down.  Then stitch them securely with a zig-zag stitch all along that one side.  Iron the Snuggle flat.

Turn the Snuggle RIGHT side up and go to the middle and sew about a 6" long stitching line across your previous stitching in all directions.  DONE.

Takes me about 30 minutes to make one using this method.
