To Hugs for Homeless Animals "Snuggles Project"

We are so pleased to tell you about the fun our president had meeting with the girls belonging to Girl Scout Troop 799 in Wilmington, Massachusetts.

We received a call asking if a night could be assigned for the girls to chat about good pet care for a badge they were working on. They had tons of questions and giggles during the 2 hours spent and sent back to the shelter lots of home cooked goodies for the cats that were made during the meeting. A couple weeks later they delivered a huge bag of Snuggle Blankets hand made by the girls!

How nice to see a generation of young girls wanting to know the correct way to take care of their companion pets.

Thank you h4ha.org for making so many people aware of what shelters need. The Snuggles made are as important as hands on at the shelters. We personally applaud you!
